Where does one have to go on any of these sites in order to find an IV certification class. Being an old school nurse and getting my iv certification in another state am finding that i need to take the course over however am not getting any positive feedback as to where i can take the 30 hr course, will anyone out there give me some insight or does one have to belong to some club in order to get info in this state? I live in the Tampa area

I received my IV cert. through Nursing Unlimited it was a 30 hour course given in 2 days. You can go to their website at http://www.nursingunlimited.com and clinic on their IV course. I believe they have them throughout the state of Florida.

I have an assignment to determine, as an RN, which patients to assign to an experience LPN. I would love some help finding citable sources stating the scope of practice for LPN's specifically in Florida. I tried the above links, but none really focused on an LPN's scope of practice.

So... I have tried to "weed" through the Nurse Practice Act to find what is the scope of practice for an LPN. Is there a certain site that anyone knows of, besides the ones listed above, that actually has what a PN can and cannot do?
