Favorite System

What is your favorite system and why?

Mine- cardiovascular system. It came as a breeze to me and I think it's the most interesting! I never thought it was hard and everyone else did. I love it! Maybe it's because of the heart problems that run in my family that makes it interest me.. I don't know. I just know I love everything about it. And I think the heart is beautiful! My husband makes fun of me and calls me a nerd and a weirdo for that. Haha!

Cardio and repro, because I have learned so much in my prior research activities. Plus, I have a special interest in congenital heart defects, something that encompasses both of my favorite systems.

I have more than one favorite system (I'm a nerd, I know). I love neuro (it's so simple to me, yet so fascinating), cardio (fun to learn about, and another fairly simple system), and I love oncology (I know that isn't a system, but it's an area that is really interesting to me).

Ya know.. I actually think I'd choose neuro over renal as my second favorite. So I take that back. Neuro has always interested me. So mine would be cardio, neuro, then renal. Cardio will always be my love! It came so easy to me! I remember make a 100 on both cardio exams and I was way excited. The heart is such a beautiful thing!! (I'm a proud nerd lol)

My favorite is Cardio! It always clicked with me and it is so interesting. My runner up would either be endocrine or Neuro! So darn amazing! :) Haha, My least favorite is Reproductive. It just doesnt interest me at all. Lol.Im not on board with the baby making!;)

i used to tell my students that not every patient has a functioning central nervous system, and not every patient has a functioning renal system, but by gosh if they don't have functioning cardiopulmonary systems we don't have to worry about them because they're dead and not in our case load anymore.

only a small exaggeration. :clown:

Hahaha! Well that's true! In my medical terminology class(taught by a vascular surgeon) a group of us were discussing the two main control systems and no one would listen to me that it's neuro and endocrine. Well he overheard and thought we were talking about the two most "important" systems.. Boy he was all into it and kept arguing about cardio being the most important until finally I asked if he heard that we were talking about the control systems. He just said, "oh! never mind!" and went back to grading LOL!

Integumentary system. I also enjoy endocrine and cardio too.

Endocrine is my favorite. Musculoskeletal is #2 because I'm a personal trainer, so I love muscles and I'm a klutz so I'm always breaking bones.

Renal! I love those kidneys. This thread is a total #nerdalert and I love it :yelclap:

Instructor told us all that she cures strep throat by eating.. Wait for it... TOOTHPASTE! oh my! My jaw dropped. Lol. But, I think I may like chemistry.

And this threat is a total nerd alert. I'm a proud nerd! ;-)
