Fall 2020 USF BSN Program

Hi everyone, I decided to make a post about USF’s BSN program because I hadn’t seen one already created. I just submitted my application but I don’t feel very confident, I have a 4.0 prerequisite gpa but my overall gpa is a 3.22, I am a current USF student. I hope someone can give me insight into if I have a chance or not. Good luck to everyone applying.

Hi, I believe we are all actually talking about University of South Florida here, not University of San Francisco! But best of luck!

Hi guys! I'm excited to hear back soon. I'm a little worried as I am a community college transfer student, but I have a 3.9 overall and 4.0 in prereqs (Chemistry was my B... Should've never took it ?). I'm hoping for the best though. As an LPN it has been very hard to find jobs in my field, a BSN seems to be the best way to change that.

Your GPA is great! I'm sure you'll have no problem getting an interview ?

Are decisions coming out today?

I think decisions were supposed to come out today, but with everything going on I see it being pushed back most likely.

Looks like everything might be a lil delayed. I kind of had a feeling as they're switching to remote instruction pretty soon due to the virus scare. It does say 1-2 weeks after application closes, so hopefully we we still hear back soon!

I don't think anything is going to be delayed, I didn't get my interview decision until around 3:30 PM last year!

I got an interview! They are virtual this year, I guess due to the virus...

CONGRATS!! Did you find out through an email or through the soar application website?

I got an email through my USF email! If you haven’t heard yet I think that’s good, I heard a lot of people got rejection emails this morning ?

Rejections tend to go out first in past years so hoping this is a good thing haha
