I'm sorry, but don't give up. I took it the 25th of Sept and still have heard nothing so I'm assuming that I will be taking the exam a 6th time. I know how it feels to fail and I know I can pass. I'm a horrible test taker and I need to get over that. Best of luck to you and DO NOT GIVE UP:up:

So the Clinical Nurse Specialist at my facility failed NCLEX twice before passing. She is an amazing and wonderful nurse whom we all respect and admire. She is a very compassionate and dedicated person who we all think is a true asset to the profession. Now, you went through nursing school and have come too far to turn your back now. You need to take a break, remember why you chose nursing as a profession you wanted to enter and then choose a new way of studying. Perhaps you could consider Suzanne's Plan? Stay positive, you can do this. Good luck!!!!

Hey, Don't give up you didn't go through years of school to give up after two tries. Like you I am going on to take my nclex the third time. I failed the first time with 75 questions and failed the second time with 243 questions. I am a bad test taker and I know it so right now I am trying to do more and more questions so I feel more confident going into the next test. I also am just getting started with suzannes plan. I've read great reviews about it so hopefully it works for both you and me if you decide to try it. Also look to God he is the one that is going to help each and everyone of us through this no matter if we have passed on or first time or our third time.

hi there for a little inspiration you should read the thread titled "I passed, Please read my strange journey" It really touched me. Maybe it will give you a little hope. Lots of great nurses fail NCLEX not because they didn't know how to be a nurse, mostly because they have a hard time with test taking or anxiety gets them down. Keep your head up cause you can do it!

3rd time is a charm. Just give yourself some time to pull yourself together then make a rational decision right now you may be feeling down but as time goes by you'll get that courage and strength to attempt your boards again. Best of luck.

keep your head up. I too failed twice and I am getting to do Suzanne's plan. I know how you must feel. Don't give up and allow yourself to cry and screamed!!! You will do it. We made through nursing school. We can all do this!:nurse:

so it took you 2 1/2 months to finish the saunders or the whole plan..anyhow ok ill just post here and i guess after 15 posts minimum i could then use the private messaging

have you contacted suzanne yet??

TRY AGAIN. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!

Quitting??? No way! I failed my first too. So what... Lots of people do. How about my friend who pased on the... 6th time! Never quit! You will get this!

Dont give up the fight....stay strong and prepare to take it again. You come too far to quit now....get the ball rolling, start studying again.

 do...not...quit! i failed also, and i'm not giving up, and neither should you. all the time you spent in school was not in vain.

you are smart. you are competent. you will be a good nurse, and you will succeed. just think, you'll have a great story of inspiration to tell others who will go through similar situations! :typing

keep your head up! :wink2:
