EVC FALL 2019

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to start a thread for those of you applying to Evergreen Valley College for the Fall 2019 Nursing Program. Just wanted to have a place for everyone to ask questions or share their experience with the application process. Finishing up my application this week. I know this is the first group using the Multi-Criteria process so it's hard to really have anything to compare it to. Good Luck to everyone! As we await the closing of the application period, we can all share our thoughts here.

    Congratulations, all! I just got in for Fall 2019 but also got into another program. I'll be giving up my spot so there will be an open spot in Fall 2019.

    Hi nursingstudent1007,

    I am on my 2nd semester of nursing school at EVC. Nursing school is hard but manageable. I am still able to go to school full-time, work, play volleyball twice a week and spend time with family/friends. It's all about how you manage your time and how you really grasp the information. Others might say it's the most difficult thing ever but 2nd semester into the program I don't think that.

    I'm an alternate for Fall 2019 and guaranteed for Fall 2020. Have any alternates been accepted for Fall 2019? Does anyone know if I am offered a spot for 2019 whether I'll be allowed to defer for Fall 2020?
