Make a chart seperating the disorders:

Hyperthyriod

Hypothyroid

Hyperpituitary

Hypopituitary

Etc etc

Then pick out SPECIFIC, DIFFERENT things about each one. Signs and symptoms, when they become emergencies (thyroid storm, myxedema coma) and how to treat them. Also if you think about "what would I need to know if this was my patient" that will help you focus your study. Good luck!!!

what helped me was that i separated the disorders - on one side of my paper i wrote hyposecretion and the other side hypersecretion

under the hyposecretion part i wrote all the disorders that were a hyposecretion of a hormone.. i wrote what is was: ex: hypothyroidism = aka myxedema/cretnism - and i wrote was hormone there was a deficiency of

make sure when studying your correspond the other name of the disease like hyperthyroidism is aka graves disease --- etc. write the signs and symptoms under neath

I suggest you use flash cards write the disease on one side and the S&S on the other side.
