Encephalomalacia

Can anyone help me please. I am working on a paper, and I know encephalomalacia is the softening of the brain, but I can not find a good enough reliable source that tells me he signs and symptoms, treatments..etc.

Are you looking primarily online? I'm not sure what the guidelines are for your paper, but you may have to be careful with web-based sources, unless you have an online subscription to a series of journals like Medline. What kind of access to health sources do you have in the school's library?

I looked online at Medline Plus and I got the definition, my paper was basically on mental retardation with also encephalomalacia. Thank you for your help. The journal's I found don't just come out and say what I need S&S, treatments, prognosis..etc. I just did more on the mental.
