I took AP 1&2 over summer and now I don't remember a thing!!! IT was so fast paced. I made B in both but now I am concerned about the HESI AP part. Hopefully I find some good notes :/

I didn't remember much from AP1 and didn't pay much attention due to a crappy teacher in AP2, so I watched Youtube videos like crazy to review for Hesi. There is a professor who posts all his Anatomy lectures and he was actually interesting, I think his name was Professor Fink? I'll double check. I learned more about AP in the 2 weeks of cramming then I did the whole semester.

Did you save your power points or notes? I would go over those. I also made a huge comprehensive review from my own info. If that would help? If anyone wants it lemme know. It's my own review I made.

I'm interested as well as to whether the prep class is worth it. I took the hesi in Jan and did ok. 93 in grammar, 94 in A&P but only an 80 in math. Lol. I transposed the calculations for metric conversions. I thought the math was the worst but only because I haven't taken algebra since HS. Good luck

I have heard it is not worth your money or time. From what I have been told they go over the HESI book that is recommended for us to study. THey said they pretty much just give out answers with no explanations. Well the answers arein book!! So i dont know what to think. But that is just what I heard from 2 people....

I did the same thing lol. After i paid for it I had heard from a couple people not to take it but then a few days before the class started they cancelled because there was not enough students and i got a refund. I have been studying the book and i test in 2 weeks

Me too!!! I hope they cancel my course as well so I can get a refund. It's schedule for next Friday. Fingers crossed!

Hi everyone, I'm a little concerned about this: I want to take the hprs 1202 this May through summer 2. The course is 100% online. Do we still need to do a volunteer work like they said, or not, since it's online? And it doesn't show on econnect if other out side classes will be held. Thanks guys for your input!

I took it online and I think its online available that way. You will still need to do the 15 hrs of volunteer work. You'll log your hours on a sheet, and scan it in. The class is very easy...its pretty much a "don't do drugs, be healthy, wear condoms" kind of class. I suggest that if you know you are taking it, go ahead and start looking for a place to volunteer at since many places require you attend an orientation or training session before volunteering, and many places do not respond at all. Minnie's Pantry in Plano is where I did all my hours and they are always in need of volunteers. Hope this helps!
