For those of you who resides in states that do not license EC grads right away, how did you go about it?. I have an Active RN license in a different state but my state of residency requires hours of RN experience before they can endorse my license. I have been looking at VAs and military medical centers and clinics with no luck. How did you all go about it? Any advise will be appreciated. Thank you.

Oct 29, 2014 I just posted a reply to your post under 'EC Grads: Where are they now'. If it's hospital experience that you seek, don't knock the VA....they have it all: ER, med/surg, LTC, ICU, etc.....or so I'm told. I've never worked in the VA before.
