dry hands

What do you guys use for your hands if gloves make them feel icky or get dry? I know we can't put lotion on under the gloves! I mean at home. It's like my hands dry instantly when I wear gloves.

Also just had a thought can you rub a little bit of aloe on your hands before you start in the hospital? Because aloe is antimicrobal?

Thanks.

Vaseline and cotton gloves on when you sleep.

I use lotion at work. Some people go a little to far and use all kinds of smelly lotions.. I just use the hospital stuff or the Cetaphil lotion I leave in my locker.

At the minimum, I'll lotion up on my way out.

Gold Bond Ultimate healing with Aloe is awesome but not slippery or greasy.
