It's only cool if you're photogenic.
And even then, your professional body or employer is still going to **** all over you for taking a selfie that you shouldn't have taken.
I won't lie though, some of those selfies that I've seen on social media are all the more lucrative because they were taken under such forbidden circumstances.

And #12, while inappropriate, isn't on par with the other ones. No patient in the picture or identifying info. If she had posted some time after the shift was over with the caption "Crazy night! Still get an adrenaline rush when we have a trauma patient," I'm guessing she would have gotten a slap on the wrist at worst.

What do you mean they are more "lucrative"? How is someone making money with a selfie on their instagram account?
