Does TEAS V Give Conversion Factors?

Published

I am about to take the TEAS V next Wednesday. I have the ATI Study Book and the McGraw-Hill book with the 5 practice tests. I noticed in the ATI book for questions about converting (for example, how many kg in a pd) they do not give you the conversion factor (1kg = 2.2 pds), but in the McGraw Hill book they will give you the conversion factor in the question. I have no problem with the actual math part of it, but I do not have all the conversion factors memorized. Does anyone know if they include the conversion factor in the question on the TEAS or if I need to have them memorized?

During the test, you don't get actual conversion factors from what I remember.

I don't remember having any coversion questions on the actual TEAS V exam but I could have blocked it out. Good luck!

I just took it last week & they DO give you the conversion factors, for each question that needs it. Only 2 conversion questions on my TEAS V.

Good luck!

OH! You do need to know how to convert metric to metric, but the example u gave originally (lbs to kg) they will give u the factors!
