I see you missed the RN/pharmacology thread.

I just spent like 10 minutes on the app trying to find it unsuccessfully. It may have been whisked off to Neverland. :( The subject line was initially "RN" (changed by mods to "registered nurse") and the OP simply said "pharmacology exam". Obviously we can't be trusted with such things, and it was all down hill from there for pages and pages.

Argh, I'm usually pretty good at being on top of those kinds of threads. I suspect a bit of sarcasm, an exchange of choice words, and points being assigned? And many personal insults.

Ha! Yeah, the usual...

Actually, on this one we were all pretty much united in the silliness.

Well...within reason :chicken:

1445 - Pt called, requested "ice water, with just a little ice and mostly water." Ice water provided to pt and placed on bedside table, within reach of pt. Straw placed in foam cup (300mL cup) at pt's request. Pt verbalized understanding of using the foam cup and straw to drink. Pt was assisted into high-fowlers position to drink. Pt states he has no other needs at this time.

1448 - Pillows fluffed for pt and sheets straightened. Pt stated, "I would like a new gown, please." Pt was assisted into new gown without incident. Pt stated, "I feel better now, thanks!" Will continue to monitor.
