no nurse man or woman should be intimidate by any doctor. last week i walk to the nurses station while a doctor was yelling at a female nurse. when i said whats the problem , he looked at me and walked off. she was in tears.
this is where "code pink" needs to be called. everyone walks up silently, encircles the doc and silently but deadly the doc backs down 99.9% of the time. nurses, techs, men, women, housekeepers, secretaries need to reheorifice and announce & carry out code pink. watch each other's back.

this really works. it puts the spotlight on their behavior, and makes the accountable for it. if administration won't make them accountable, then it is the staff that must do it. i have never seen this tactic not work, and the results are long-lasting.

It is exactly what kids are taught about not doing drugs. There is strength in numbers. It is taught to kids about bullies on the playground, why wouldnt it work for bullies in the work place to. It is easier to bully a single individual then a whole group of people
