Do you have a favorite allnurses post?

I have many favorite posts on allnurses. Do you have a favorite post or allnurses thread? Two of my favorite posts:

Orrnlori's post found at this link on her appreciation of the different nurses who have affected her life:

https://allnurses.com/forums/f8/god-bless-each-every-one-65322.html?highlight=bless

and zenman's post, quoted below, on why he decided to become a nurse. from 5/20/05 in the General Nursing Discussion under "What's your story? why did you become a nurse?" Zenman wrote:

"I was in my back yard one evening with a nice fat possum on the grill. I heard a noise and looked up to see a spacecraft directly above me. In an instant, I was transported into a dimly lit area equipped with strange equipment. Then a 3 ft tall being with a single eye in the center of his neck...or what I though was a neck, kicked me in the shins. As I jerked my leg up out of the way, several of the little critters pushed me back on an exam table. The next few hours were a blur as I went in and out of consciousness. Before I knew what was happening I was graduating from nursing school. That's my story and I'm sticking to it."

I think my favorite one (right now!) is the ghost story thread.

The "reminiscing" thread is my favorite.

Today I had one of those raredays in the NICU that was completely awful. I'm beaten down, burnt out, used, abused... if it's an adjective to describe a negative feeling, I feel it right now. I've been home for four hours and my feet still hurt. Even with all that, I can still read the post by NoCrumping in the following thread (What do you love about NICU?) and see that I'm really lucky to be where I am. The whole thread is great, but NoCrumping's post is truly outstanding.

That is probably my most favorite thread, too, Eric. NICU nurses usually love what they do.

Have to agree with beautifulb- got to be the ghost stories. I can't get enough of them.:)

My favorite post was from last year in the student nurse forum and was titled "No He/She did not just do that". I was laughing so hard I bout wet my britches!!
