I am currently in nursing school and for one of my classes I am doing a survey on the divorce rates of nurses. I need your help! Everything will be anonymous on my report. :)

What is your usual shift time? Ex: 7a-7p, 7p-7a
Are you divorced, single, or married?
If you have been divorced, do you think the timeframe of your shift contributed to your eventual divorce?
If you have been divorced, how many years were you married and working as a nurse before you got a divorce?

How would we get this information to you? I'm guessing many people here may not want to talk about their marriage/divorce status out in open on the board. Maybe you should create a Survey Monkey survey?
I got divorced while in nursing school, remarried as a nurse and have been married since almost 7 years. I'm pretty sure night shifters do have a higher divorce rate.

Pretty much this exactly, except we've been married for 8 years.
Our nursing instructors said that 1/3 of us will get a divorce 1/3 of us will have an affair and 1/3 of us will get pregnant during nursing school. We had several divorces, steamy affairs, and baby showers to talk about. Those instructors knew what they were talking about.
