Before you record any lectures, be sure to obtain the instructor's explicit permission. It may be prohibited.

It was not permitted at my school due to most classes including patient care anecdotes and while permitted conversation in a classroom setting, if recorded could constitute a HIPAA issue.

I use the Fusion Recorder app that I downloaded for free. It lets you edit and play in continuous loop.

Good day:
I've been using Amazon.com: Sony Digital Flash Voice Recorder (ICD-PX312): Office Products since last June; it works very well.
Thank you.

I use the recorder on my Notability app for iPad. It allows you to record right into your note sheet or lecture PowerPoint. It's convenient when studying because you listen and read. :-)

I just use my iPhone.
Thanks. I just heard that it may be prohibited at my school. I'll check.
I may get a recorder anyway...to record myself to help memorize Anatomy, and replay it during my day: washing dishes, treadmill, driving, etc.
