Difference between LPN & RN

I know this may seem kind of a silly question to ask, but what exactley is the difference between LPN and RN? I mean as job wise. What can RN's do that LPN's cannot? Just curious.

I would refer you to your State/Provincial Board of Nursing to find out the roles of each. It does vary by state. Good luck! this is one can of worms we don't want to re-open here.
