13 more days until I have a tendon release done on my elbow. I cannot wait. The pain is constant now, and occasionally almost unbearable for moments at a time. There will be three of us out of the unit at the same time...one on vacation, one on maternity, and me....and I feel guilty about the scheduling fiasco, but if I don't get it done now I will end up being on disability due to incapacitation. Thank goodness I have a great boss!

Yes, things will be as they were BP...."before pain". Doc said I'll be out about a month, maybe 6 weeks, with the first two weeks in a splint, but I can take it off to shower, dress, etc.
