13 more days!!!!

13 more days until I have a tendon release done on my elbow. I cannot wait. The pain is constant now, and occasionally almost unbearable for moments at a time. There will be three of us out of the unit at the same time...one on vacation, one on maternity, and me....and I feel guilty about the scheduling fiasco, but if I don't get it done now I will end up being on disability due to incapacitation. Thank goodness I have a great boss!

Yes, things will be as they were BP...."before pain". Doc said I'll be out about a month, maybe 6 weeks, with the first two weeks in a splint, but I can take it off to shower, dress, etc.

:biere: Best wishes for a simple proceedure and a speedy recovery.

I'm sorry to hear that you're in pain. Good luck with the surgery.

I glad it is finally going to get fixed Tazzi!!

This is a neat site, take some time to check it out. There are also forums for different specialties.

I have been looking around some. I like what I see.

I'm probably going to take the CNRN exam this fall so I was over there.

I'm not much in the mood to do that or go back for my MSN, but I guess the time is almost here to just do it!

My boss put it on my eval to take it this year.
