DaVita?

I have a job interview for a Nurse Administrator position with DaVita. Does anyone have experience with them? I have heard some not so good things. Thanks!

It might be area dependent but I know a Davita nurse, administrator and social worker all who seem to enjoy their jobs.

There are many threads on here about Davita as well as reviews on monster.com and glassdoor.com...most are not positive..Davita has a high turn over - at least around where I live - a lot of the training is done at a clinic other than the one the nurse is hired into and there are conferences that are required - or use to be - so if traveling and long hours are not something you can do you might want to reconsider. Just ask a lot of questions but also do your own research.

What is a nurse administrator? Is that like a clinical coordinator or a facility administrator?

lol. I didn't see the comma between nurse and administrator :banghead:. Yes. I would not wish FA on anyone.

My hospital uses Davita. Their nurses are always trying to get to cross over. They seem happy.
