Ingraham invited Trump to explain his mysterious claim, and he replied: "I'll tell you sometime. But it's under investigation right now."

He said that the person who had witnessed the "thugs" on planes had been headed to the Republican National Convention, adding that there were "a lot of people" on the plane who were travelling to Washington "to do big damage." He did not attempt to describe the unfounded claim related to the Biden campaign.”

It sounds like he's trying out some new rhetoric for his followers to believe and share.  

Doesnt sound off base to me. It is quite evident that Biden is incapable of running the country (even if he is able to read off the teleprompter at times) so who will be running the country if by some weird chance he wins, who knows (ie the people in the shadows while Biden returns to the basement). Still havent seen him in any real interview answer tough questions have we?! And it it also quite evident that the BLM/antifa rioters rove about the country quite freely so just exactly who is funding them. Inquiry minds want to know.
