has anyone paid the deposit that’s due by May 1st? If so, did y’all receive your financial aid package prior to making the payment and scheduling the general orientation (not the nursing orientation)?

I have paid, and I have received my package. I also registered for the orientation ☺️. I’m not sure when I received it. I believe it was after I accepted it b/c I submitted my intent to enroll on 3/17. Pumpkin, you should join the FB group “CSUSB BSN c/o 2023”. ? It’s for this cohort!

Yeah! I got an email on 3/17 via my CSUSB email address. 

Hi I was also accepted as pre nursing student. Do we know how long they will send BSN admissions notices? Aka when should I start worrying I was not accepted!

follow up question, anyone know how many people are actually admitted from the pre nursing students?

It'll probably last until Summer. This is b/c some people drop out to attend another school, and that opens a spot up for another. However, official acceptances may last until next week on 4/9. On my acceptance email, it says I have until 4/9 to accept my spot, or they will open up the spot for someone else.

I'm not sure I understand your second question. For the SB campus, they usually accept 40 students from the "pre-nursing students", and for the PD campus, they accept 20 students per cohort.

I've been backpacking over break without service and just got back to civilization and got a chance to check my email. I was accepted! Super stoked! Anyone else who's received notification of acceptance going to PD campus?

I still haven’t gotten any emails from them yet. Hopefully soon..

Does anyone know if CSUSB will mail out acceptance packages? Or is it just the email we recieved? (Both University or Nursing department)

I have no idea. I was actually wondering the same thing.
