CSUSB FALL 2021

Hi! I was wondering if anyone is applying for CSUSB's Fall 2021 admission? I have not seen a forum, yet. However, I wanted to make this forum, so we can share our stats and help each other out during the process. ?

Hi and yayyyy! ?

I have yet to take the TEAS exam too!! I'm planning on taking it next month as well for the same reason LOL. It feels comforting to know that I'm not alone. Best of luck on your TEAS exam!

My stats are the following:

4.0 prereq GPA (however, one class is in progress right now but I'm confident about my final overall grade)

4.0 cumulative

local

bilingual

Nice! How have you been studying for your TEAS exam? I have it scheduled for the 19th of this month but tbh I am not ready so I don't want to waste a try.

I have been using the mometrix book and also some study prep materials from the ATI website (study guide, practice assessments, etc). OMG I had it scheduled for this month too (on the 21st though) but it'll be best if we don't cut ourselves short on attempts. I'm rescheduling it for sure. I am so nervous and not ready. ? If I don't like my January exam results, I can apply for Spring 2022 instead after retaking it (hopefully that won't be the case, fingers crossed!)

@Pumpkin.xo @NurseSKA I didn't end up taking it, I didn't feel ready. I ended up rescheduling for Jan 16th. I also use the same resources as you @Pumpkin.xo along with my notes, crash course, and nursehub.

Is anyone applying as a nonlocal? Do we have to wait for our acceptance into the school first before we apply to the program?

You do not have to wait for acceptance to apply. I had the same question; they said I can still submit the application. If by any chance you do not turn in the paperwork needed to continue with the application they just drop your application. I believe that is the reason they extended the application date because transfers need to submit official transcripts.

Thank you! ?

Hi guys! I finally submitted my app and I will be going in with:

3.95 GPA

4.0 Pre-Req GPA

bilingual

Local

87.3 TEAS

Good luck everyone! I also mailed my transcript weeks ago and it has not been received. Unfortunately my school does not do E-transcripts. Any one else hasn't had theirs received?
