By pending I mean like under review. So I use the self service too and it says that my app is still be reviewed by the dept. what does your say since you have received the com email?

This is what it says on my part.....

The current status of your application:

Your application has been forwarded to the academic department for their review. Every effort will be made to provide you with a timely decision. In the meantime, be sure to check the website of your academic department for departmental deadlines and any additional required documents. Remember to check your email regularly for messages from CSULB regarding admission decisions, any upcoming deadlines, or required documents.

If you don't receive an email by tomorrow, I would call. I'm not sure if they send all the emails in the same day but it looks like we all received ours at 5:09pm. It's weird because your stats are higher than harleyhanks and she got an email

I know it's a little late in the game to be asking this LOL, but where did you all find their points system? I've never found it to be able to calculate how many points I have and I'm curious.

Their website used to have a lot more info. Their current website doesn't really tell you their points system anymore. As far as I know, it's (TEAS reading x 0.02) + (TEAS overall x 0.02) + (GE GPA/2) + (Science GPA)

I received the email as well @ 5:09 pm! ? So exciting ! As for the nutrition poll it also won't let me, but I did register for the appointment time.

HIIII everyone! I'm so excited about getting the communication email as well! It looks like they fixed the poll for the nutrition class as well :)

I'm nervous about the communication exercise but so excited to meet everyone!

I emailed them today as you suggested! But still no response of any kind ? I wonder what’s going on with my app...

Does anybody know if they’re going to ask any interview-like questions? Or is it going to be solely the group exercise?

Hi Annietee from what I read it’s just group activities to test our communication skills along with a small writing exercise.
I read in another forum that they really just want to make sure we can communicate in English well. Not sure how true that is tho.

They said that yes they did send out communication activity email but that Apps are still currently under review... I'm not sure what to believe ?
