CSN Spring 2015

They continue to call applicants all the way up until the time school starts. A friend of mine got her call in the 2nd week of January. So don't lost hope :) people always drop out for all sorts of reasons.

Does anyone know what the cutoff was?

Don't be too discouraged Victoria! The lady in limited entry will tell you exactly where you are on the list. I only have 24 points so I'm sure I'm toward the bottom too. I don't know what the cutoff was but I would think she would have that info to share too. It seems to me, from info on this thread the cutoff was 33ish for full time track. Thank you for the encouragement Christina! I'm still making other plans for next semester but I'll have everything as ready as I can, just in case I do get that call.

I had 30 pts for fulltime entry and I think I was the lowest on this thread so I would assume somewhere around there.

So, I'm currently browsing some of the items we are required to have and (since they didn't cover this AT ALL in orientation) I was wondering if we have to stick to the plain ole black and blue colored items. Boooring, but necessary? Is everyone slowly collecting their items and do you have any good tips for me?

The colors of the items we need...I guess I wasn't clear with my wording, sorry! Can we have fun colors or designs on our items? For example, can I get a neon green BP cuff with a floral print carrying case? Silly sounding right? But, some of these programs have strict guidelines about what is acceptable or what they want their students to use while in student status.

I was wondering the same thing because that's what I wanted to do. it helps make sure none of your stuff gets mixed up or taken by others.

The only thing that has to be a certain color is your white uniform. I like to be colorful with everything else ?

Does anyone know in what week do clinicals start?

Did anyone purchase the previous edition to any of the books. there is about 4 books in our bundle that I am finding significantly lower priced brand new. I just worry how different the edition may be. ??

Or I have to rent the newer edition instead. I just can't afford the prices to own some of these books new or used ?

Which books did you find as an old edition? That may be ok for certain books.
