Hey nurses,

I saw medical staff have a sense of creativity.

what do think we should have to enhance our creativity in nursing practice. ????

some IV ativan will do some good

You know what I have a study about nursing creativity

how it can look like & can we apply in daily nursing practice especially in placese with low resources

can you hepp with ideas ?

What exactly are you talking about? And where have you noticed a lack of creativity? Given the shortage of supplies and nurses in my hospital, I've seen nothing of the sort.

I would like to make my master thesis on team creativity & how it affect organisation...?

You're not being specific enough for examples. Even if you were, you need evidence for a master thesis, not anecdotes from faceless usernames on AN.

Itis here like a survey

Maybe you could give some examples of what you're referring to by 'nursing creativity'.

I guess I'm not getting the basis of your question. Are you asking how nursing could be more creative like medical staff are? One of the main differences between nursing and medicine is that medicine is more formulaic, relies on set patterns, is based on generic measurements, etc, in other words; it's less creative than nursing.

Are currently in a masters program?

I am still searching for my title for my master program & I was thinking about nursing creativity

anyway If I found this title not so usefulor cannot be studied I will turn to another way

pray for me to find my target

I agree with the other posts; it is difficult to answer your question without an example. You stated that you saw medical staff creativity. Give some examples of what you have seen.

I've read examples of using small bore NGs as Foleys, or using tape instead of an IV stand.

Is this what you mean?
