Only a few days ago, I was told I 'passed' the CPNE and was handed a form letter. Very sterile and surreal. Today I got the first acknowledgement of my success, an email informing me I can now start using ATI for passing the Nclex. Guessing now it's 'almost' official, since grade isn't listed yet. Now to my point.
I passed. It was my last ADN requirement. Short of the wait, more paperwork and of course some fee's I'm sure, I will be graduating the ADN program. Very few times I posted on this forum receiving important advice, but many, many times I lurked and read previously posted information. I have to say no one source of information got me to pass the program, but this site was a very valuable one.
Thank you everyone!

Congrats. It is a great feeling isn't it?
Now for NCLEX. I actually felt very comfortable taking my NCLEX because of all the Excelsior tests I took. I was used to the process and computerized questions, and even took it at a place that I had taken several of my Excelsior tests.

Ditto! I took each one of my EC exams at the same location. When it came time for the NCLEX, (you know the drill...had to wait the 60-day processing time), I went back to the same testing center. The PV lady said, "I know you. You're from Excelsior, aren't you?" She had biggest smile on her face that made me feel so proud to say "Yes, I am!" There were many students there from reputable colleges and universities locally. But she recognized and acknowledged me. She was standing with her arms folded, nodding her head, and smiling even harder when I was among the first 5 testers to leave out of PV within the 75-in-an-hour bunch, leaving those upscale, snobbish-types agonizing in the exam room. Proud to be an Excelsior College graduate and alumni! PROUD!!!!!

CONGRATS!! It is definitely a great feeling to be handed the 'generic' pass letter!
I think you will find NCLEX to be less stressful than CPNE. I sure did!
