The last time I checked, LBC was 990 pesos, DHL is 1300 pesos. Arrival of documents is 3 work days.
Philpost Express is 788 pesos, but it takes 5 working days.
All these services are pretty reliable since you can track where your documents are.

I think they're fast and reliable. I used LBC before with no problems.

im not against LBC BUT if your sending courier to the US better use the US based because they have mastered this sytem already.

Definitely agree with Dave on this one. If they are not US based, then they are going to be relying on another company for the actual delivery and then control can be lost.
Worth spending the few extra pesos.
There are actually several that can be used and they are DHL, FedEX, as well as UPS, United Parcel Service. This is not the same as the USPS or the US Post Office.
Is it ok to fold the documents 3 times so that it will fit their mailing envelope size plastic? or should it be placed in a plastic in the actual size of the document?

actually, LBC has to hand-over their packages to other US-based services...when i was tracking a package that i sent to my mom, LBC forwarded my call to DHL
All courier envelopes are over 8 1/2 by 11 inches, and will hold full size documents.
Yes, it is okay to fold something to put in a regular envelope.
Exactly, so then you have another company involved and more chances for something to get lost.
Why in the world go thru a company that does not handle the entire process on their own? Makes no sense at all to me.
