Some of my friends told me before that they were required to show their license and have it photocopied as a requirement by the PRC before they will accept the request for license validation, but I don't know if it's still required at the present since i haven't been to prc lately for some inquiry. How true is this? here's the statement; PRC allows license verification without card Here's good news to everyone looking to get license verification from the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC). The PRC will accept license verification requests even if you still don't have the actual license card, as long as your name already appears on their database. In the past, the PRC rejected all verification requests from applicants who don't have their license cards yet. hello suzanne! i just want to clarify this. i attended 2 nursing school. i was not able to finish in my 1st school and transcript was forwarded to the 2nd school where i graduated. my transcript from the 2 schools were merge already. however in the ces form, it asks to "send a copy of request for academic records form to each school listed" a.do i need to send the request form to my previous school where i didnt finish my nursing education? pls help/ thanks
