Countdown to 5000 posts!

Since I mostly hang out on general nursing, I posted this here. Only 3 more posts to 5000! Any thoughts?

Is it THAT obvious??? Darn...freaking computer. I need to be grateful that I can even still use the internet and here I go griping that I can't grab a few smiles along the way...
