We use 042 for HIV - it's the ICD-9 diagnosis code for HIV, but most patients/family don't know that so it's pretty innocuous. That's the only code we use regularly.

FOS= Full of stool, if pt had not pooped for a while.

We use FOS too, only it doesn't mean the same thing. Diagnosis = Full of %$#.
