^ No, it simply states the fact that you have not taken the CGFNS exam, and I know of only 2 states that require that exam. Majority of the states only have CES as their requirement.
Once they (BON) sees your CES report, they evaluate it and see if it is comparable to US education. I would wait about two weeks and after that, maybe follow up with an email.
hi azen! it might take for like 4-6 weeks as soon as you complete all their requirements they need.Yes you can take the TOEFL while you wait for your CES report, and submit your score to the Board Of Nursing. are you taking TOEFL-ibt? or TOEFL paper based?
thanks for the reply. I already passed these reqs. (PRC verification, TOR copies, Secondary DIploma) i'm just worried about the TOEFL result. do CGFNS International need(TOEFL) the result asap? or I can take the exam later when I will be processing my nursing application to IDFPR? thanks again.. :)
no problem!
i think they don't need that for your CES report, they can process it even without a toefl score. but it would be great if you have already taken and achieved your target score in TOEFL. English proficiency exams are required and submitted to your state board of nursing(depends on which state are you in). yes you can take the toefl when you're ready to process your application.

Hi everyone, my CES Report has already been issued (this was been issued for a month already, but i had to take the TOEFL before i wanted to apply to the BON), and I have a quick question.*Does CGFNS automatically send my CES Report to the BON after the status says "report issued"? With the CES Applicant report that has been issued to me, it said i am "not a CGFNS certificate holder as of this review" but once again, under my order status it already said my report as been issued. *Is there anything else I have to do? I already sent my application form for the BON last week. *Do you know approx. how long it will take for me to receive my eligibility? Not in a rush anyway since i want to review again, lol. thanks everyone
