  1. no problem! i think they don't need that for your CES report, they can process it even without a toefl score. but it would be great if you have already taken and achieved your target score in TOEFL. English proficiency exams are required and submitted to your state board of nursing(depends on which state are you in). yes you can take the toefl when you're ready to process your application.
  2. hi azen! it might take for like 4-6 weeks as soon as you complete all their requirements they need.Yes you can take the TOEFL while you wait for your CES report, and submit your score to the Board Of Nursing. are you taking TOEFL-ibt? or TOEFL paper based?

  4. hi, we do have the same situation, my CES report also said that "not a CGFNS certificate holder as of this review", what does that mean? does that mean i cannot take the NCLEX-RN?
