:imbarHelo all! i need you guys to help me figure out something:

I have 2 white shoes that i love, and i wore them through this year at school, I really like these shoes, they are really confortable nike's one air, and one shox.

Unfortunately I can not aford shoes for my new semester, and i was thinking how could i refresh them??> they are leather shoes, that need a lift!

what can i do to them in order to give them a fresh look?

- I have soaked them on clorox, and the shoelaces and the inside is brand new, now the outside needs something to make them look new again!

what can i use? i really have no idea, since i never had to do that before:imbar

but due to the huge amount of books that i needed to get for January, i was left empty handed!!!!

is there any kind of tint, paint, paste, whitener, anything like that, that i could use???

thanks guys!

What about sneaker cleaner and whitener on top if they need it. The cleaner stuff is great on leather, it won't make them look brand new, but definitely cleans them up. You can find the cleaner at almost any shoe store or probably even walmart. Hope that helps.

I wash my husband's New Balance sneakers in the washing machine. I'm not sure how much leather yours have on them, but it may work?

Also, MAGIC ERASER!!!! Those things are awesome. They work on everything!

I wash my leather shoes in the wash - they come out clean and it doesn't hurt the leather.

Another vote for magic eraser ...

although another option (sounds odd) is listerine mouthwash - the one that makes your teeth white ... cleaned up my daughters crocs like new. I accidentally discovered thisen she spilled a whole bottle on her foot! Not only did her crocs come clean (she had the light pink) so did my grout in the tiles!!

White shoe polish. Sani-white - the stuff with the nurse on the box.

:)

Shoe polish/whitener and magic eraser are both EXCELLENT suggestions.

I'd grab whichever one is cheaper near you and give it a try. :)

Check out the White Touch Up Paint at www.shoemgk.com. The Touch Up Kit would be your best purchase as it gives you both the cleaner and the paint to keep your shoes bright white. If you have any questions, let me know!
