Hey I applied but I still haven't taken the NLN PAX test.

Hello, sorry I am not familiar with PAX test..since I graduated 8/13 and have all pre-reqs completed I applied to their BSN program before the dealine May 1st..make sure to complete the necessary pre-reqs before the deadline..Best of luck!! Lets keep each other posted;)

Sasha in order to get into the nursing program you need to take the NLN PAX... its the entrance exam required. If you havent taken it , its best that you schedule to take it ASAP as the deadline is near. Best of luck

Cutiejo, did you get your ADN degree in MDC?

Hey, I've applied to the BSN program for the 2014 FALL term. I know nothing about those applying to the BSN program having to take the new NLN PAX test. I assumed that was only for the new students (who do not have already have a RN license) trying to get into the program bc it's not listed as a requirement. Maybe this test doesn't even apply to me bc I actually graduated from mdc's ASN program.

P-funk, I agree with you. I graduated from ASN program at MDC. I don't think that applies to us..my advisor never mentioned that me..she said I have completed with my application and to wait next month for an acceptance letter. Best of luck :) Did you start looking for a job?

Same to you applepie!!! :) And yes, I've been searching for a job but nothing. It's really hard to find a good job w/ benefits with no experience when they ALL require it. :no: have you found a job yet?

I have applied to so many places..I had couple of interviews and just waiting for answer..we can only our best but continuing with our education..We can't give up!..I am going to keep searching. Keep your eyes open on your email since they will be sending the acceptance letter on June...Lets keep each other posted..God bless!

I've only had like 2-3 interviews and they hired someone with more exp. But as frustrating as that can be, I'm still keeping my head up and refuse to give up. And trust me, I'll be checking!! I'll def will keep you posted too. Can't wait! ;)

We can only continue to be positive and have faith that God will lead us to success :) I am absolutely sure that everything will be just fine. We can only be proud and blessed for being able to be at this point of our lives-Now we can check off: nursing school--check!, nclex--check!..Job/BSN--in the works..Lets cheer for that!!

Yes!!! :yes::yes:

NLN PAX is only a requirement for ASN not BSN
