Brookhaven Fall 2019

Anyone applying for Fall 2019? I know it seems far away, but the application is due the end of Feb. It is best we begin to prepare now, especially those who need immunizations.

I need:

Critical thinking exam.

Retake Hesi for a higher competitive score.

Dosage calculations workshop.

I'm taking Chem 1405 and Phil 2306 this fall and Pharma in winter.

I GOT IN!!! Let's all get through this program and excel!

Yay! I'm SueBeeCron on here; my name is Suzanne (or Sue) Cronheim. I just joined the FB page. I look forward to getting to know everyone. ?

And just to remind everyone -- don't get super excited and forget to email your acceptance to Nancy Summers.

And for anyone who did not get in, I am so sorry to hear it. I've been there, too! Virtual hugs all the way around.

I mean has anyone ever been arrested and had to submit that information to the board?

I did. That process took me almost a year to get everything approved.

Were you still able to go through the program at Brookhaven while they processed your case?

I have not been accepted in the nursing program yet. I have been taking my support courses through Brookhaven, and included a notarized copy of my Agreed Eligibility Order with my application. I simply didn't have enough points to get accepted this cycle.

For the future applicants, I got accepted with 24.71 points with a 90% Hesi score.

I got accepted and I had 23.6. Everyone I interviewed with had medical experience but I had none and still got in for those who might be future applicants! Never give up.

I did not get accepted but I am considered an alternate. I have no medical experience and applied with 24.4 points. I will be applying again Spring 2020.
