Anyone know of any website or person where I can get bouffant caps (without the band on the forehead) for less than, say, $7? I'm especially looking for one with a Winnie the Pooh design. I've done Google searches from here to kingdom come with little success. The sites that advertise their caps for less than $7 make up for it with shipping/handling costs of, like, $15...

Why not make your own? You can buy a pattern at the local fabric store, and pick out your own fabric. Or, if you already have a hat that you like, take it apart and trace a pattern out on cereal box-board. Your can make hats for very few $. I tend to be the seamstress in our O.R. I sell extra hats for $3 and it covers all my costs. Try making your own. It's easy and takes very little time, or ask someone to make some for you. It would still be way less expensive than buying store-made.

I did an Ebay search for hats and I did find some ones that interest me. I've thought of making my own but frankly, I'm too busy right now, plus I don't have a sewing machine. Besides, the only thing I can sew are buttons on a shirt!

I make my own for less than 4 bucks. It's very easy (otherwise, i couldn't do it without jamming the machine with the thread).

http://www.crazyscrubs.com sells hats as well, but i've noticed on people that wear those, nopt ALL of their hair is covered.

Thanks to everyone who gave me input on where to find bouffant caps. I ordered three online, two from hathappy.com and one from ebay. I found the exact Winnie the Pooh design I've been looking long and hard for. I'm very happy with my choices, I just hope they all come in real soon! :)
