does anybody know if the Board of Nursing runs a back ground check on every renewal of your license?

There are many BONs. It probably varies by state.

Mine does. I have to sign the affidavit for renewal that declares I have disclosed all information and answered truthfully anything they asked for my license renewal. What did you do that makes you worry? Maybe you should be talking with your bon!

Same here in MI. I agree if there is something you are worried about, maybe call your BON
