Hello, what is everyones view on working interprofessionally i.e. nurses working with DR's etc. What do you see as the advantages to working together and the barriers to working interprofessionally.
(Trying to get a few peoples perceptions)
Thanks

As a nurse, you will work with a multitude of professionals. (Doctors, therapists, dieticians, social workers, etc.) You will learn a lot working with all of them, if that is what you mean. They all have different personalities, most of them nice, some of them rude.

Working together is not optional ... the many disiplines that make up patient care are totally interdependent.
