I am planning to work in austria as a nurse and i am from the philippines. what will i do first? can anyone help me?

Im also interested to work in Austria as I have a sister working there (not a nurse). What's keeping me is that there a few infos regarding how a foreign nurse (from the Philippines) should proceed with their applications. Anybody who could help us?
