@dregnag.. I dont know what kind of stat dec.. it just says that i needed to submit one. Im really disappointed with this courier, i thought all the while my papers arrived safely yet they've proven themselves wrong.. on hindsight, how come based on their tracking service it was received by somebody from NBV?

Hi there!! I passed my application (NBV) last week of October and just today I received a letter informing me to submit a Statutory Declaration. I have to idea how am I gonna do this..help please!!! Another thing, they are asking me for the Cert. of Good Standing since according to them they haven't received yet. I find this absurd since I haved tracked it (send it via LBC)and it shows that it was received first week of November. How come it was misplaced?.. Do I need to resend it again? (quite pricey though) Thank you and Happy New Year!!

Hi shinggay.. Im also about to lodge my application in NBV, however, I only have 9 months of volunteer experience, should i declare it in Work Experience Post Registration? What if the signatory have no email address? Because I tried asking our unit manager about her email add but sad to said she doesnt have an email add. thanks!!

Help guys, Just like to make some clarifications, if my assumptions are correct. This is for NBV. Verification of Registration- I need to go to PRC and ask them to send it to NBV, right? Certificate of Initial Registration- Is this the PRC ID or the Board Certificate? Do I need to ask PRC also to send this to NBV together with the Verification of Registration? Or I will be the one to send it to the NBV? thanks!

I have my certificates with me but my problem is that it did not meet the requirements as stated like the signatories (chief nurse) does not have any contact numbers and email-address. Is it ok if i just passed the certificate I have right now? Is Volunteer experience really counted as work experience? thanks~!
