hi there.. Did you receive my reply? my advice to you is that, apply a working visa or hb1 visa instead rather than an immigrant visa.. it will take a lot faster than applying an immigrant visa. go to the nearest us embassy or consul.. can you help me too? how can i work in wien austria as a nurse? i am from the philippines. i am enrolled in a german course right now. sincerely, eric

hi there.. i am a nurse form the philippines, I passed nclex in new mexico and ielts and had a visa screen already, my priority date is sept., 2007, right now we cant really say how long will it take the process because of retrogression..there are no available immigrant visas for foreign nurses right now. i can advice you take a working visa instead.. its a lot faster.. Can you help me.. I am planning to work in austria rather than in the usa, i am educated here in the philippines.. what will i do first? thank you, eric
