Articles needed about nurses and bili lights

Hi! I am trying to write a poster about the possible effects to nurses when bili lights are used and I'm having a hard time finding articles about it. Does anyone have any good ones? Or can you point me in the right direction?

What makes you think bili lights would affect nurses? Do you know what they are, and what is it that you think would be beneficial/harmful? Help us understand where you're coming from on this and we may be able to help.

Yes, I know what they are. It was mentioned in my OB lecture that it is believed that they may be causing vision problems for the nurses exposed to them. I'm looking to see if there is any research that supports there are harmful effects on nurses. I haven't had any luck yet, so I'm not sure that it's been studied.

Not sure if I can find any articles, but our eye doc at work said we should be turning the lites off as they can cause the same problems as being in the sun. Also, we have had some nurses diagnosed with skin cancer on their hands and arms and the derms said that the bili lites can contribute to this. UV rays are. UV rays. I always turn the lites off when working with the kids as do almost all of our staff.
