    Yes, I know what they are. It was mentioned in my OB lecture that it is believed that they may be causing vision problems for the nurses exposed to them. I'm looking to see if there is any research that supports there are harmful effects on nurses. I haven't had any luck yet, so I'm not sure that it's been studied.

    Hi! I am trying to write a poster about the possible effects to nurses when bili lights are used and I'm having a hard time finding articles about it. Does anyone have any good ones? Or can you point me in the right direction?
