how to apa reference lippincott

OK, with that noted, how does one reference the Lippincott Manual with so many authors contributing to it? It's been a lot of years since I had to use APA. Thanks.

Pretty decent APA guide....not totally comprehensive, but pretty good for referencing.

All the authors go like this..

Say it's Gregory Smith, Fred Krueger and Michael Jackson, Humphrey Bogart, Janice Dickinson, Peter Griffin (6 total).

Smith, G., Krueger, F., Jackson, M., Bogart, H., Dickinson, J., Griffin, P. (this is for reference page).

Now when you cite it in-text, you do this:

(Smith et al., 2009)

6+ authors you do "et al."

3-5 list them all (only last name) with comma spacing

2 would be "Connor & Jameson"

If you can find out who wrote which chapter, cite the author of the chapter and the chapter title, then cite the editors with the book title. The OWL will tell you how to do this.

Go to APA Style this I'd by the apa people and they examples on there ansd also leet you now how to do the referencing....hope this helps!!!!
