Anyone do this???

Are there any nurses out there that stay at home and do some sort of "nursing" related job over the internet?

Several. There are quite a few Nurse Case Managers who work out of their homes. I know some Utilization review nurses who perform chart and audit reviews at home and do their documentation over secure sites.

Telecommuting is now quite popular and employers are seeing the savings of not having to provide office space.
