Congratulations! :)

Is the NCLEX only pass/fail or is there a "score" given?

I took my exam this am and I also had 75 questions...I did feel confident but after reading all these posts I am not so sure. I wish you luck!

You have reason to be confident. Historically, around 85% of US-educated first-timers pass the NCLEX. The point we're making on this thread is that the pass/fail result cannot be divined from the number of questions.

Yes I failed twice at 75 questions

Congratulations- for you & anyone else who's test shut off at 75 questions, you may be in interested in answering the survey I saw which is being conducted on this website. Its tabulating percent who passed or failed at 75. If so, its at this thread in the NCLEX forum:

75 Questions on NCLEX, pass or fail?

I passed yippy yippy!!!! Finally, life can begin again!
