In 2005 I got hired at a local hospital to work as a nursing assistant. I quit due to personal reasons during orientation and left without giving a notice. Highly unprofessional and something I am ashamed of to this day.
There is a job that I would really like to have working with the elderly at one of this hospital's MD offices. How should I answer have you worked for this hospital before without getting the door slammed in my face by HR before I get the chance to explain. I have been working as an RN since September 2008.
Thank you for any replies.
