Buying Scrubs

I am taking a CNA course, and do not know where to look for scrubs. I am 6'3", so finding something long enough is challenging. Does anyone have any advice on where to buy, and what brands are the best?

Check around your area for uniform shops. I'm 6'2" and wear a 2x. There is a place near here called TC's uniforms. Not sure if it is a national chain or not, but they carry more scrubs than you can imagine. Also, check with your program if you are doing in through a community college, some of them have deals with local uniform shops.

And be sure you get the right colors for your program.

Uniform advantage has good scrubs for men. They have their own brand that is very similar to Cherokee for a fraction of the price. It is an online site.

Bought mine on sale at Meijer. $6 for top and $6 for bottom. They just had to be the right color (white top....why oh why would a uniform ever be white?? Hello stains that will never come out).

Edit: when I shopped for them (about a year and a half ago) they did have scrubs that would meet your length.

Stay away from dove.

I'm 6'6" tall.

Wink brand scrubs offer a tall pant that has a 36" inseam. Carhart also carries a tall with a 34" inseam. I prefer the Carhart even though they are a wee bit short for me, because they have cargo pockets on both legs, and also have belt loops and are made out of rip-stop fabric. Cherokee offers a 34" inseam pant, but I'm not a fan of Cherokee's pocket and waistband configurations.

The only brand I buy tops from is Wink. They have a specially cut sleeve that really reduces the shirt's rise when you lift your arms. I've tried many other brands, and they all rise like crazy. I also wear tall tees underneath, tucked into my pants, for insurance.

Not sure where you're from but a lot of my friends and I shop at Smart Scrubs down here in southern California. The brand I only buy and like is Cherokee. It's quite pricey but I like the texture of them and they fit as if you were your wearing "slim fit" clothing.

Cherokee Style 4701 is a Tall Sized Scrub Top. I'm 6'4" and the only top I'll wear.

They have Tall Size pants too. Look at Style 4000. I don't opt in Tall for pants. I like them a little short.
