New mom trying to prepare for nclex -rn

Hey guys,

I am a new mom,who is preparing for the Nclex-RN exam. However,I am a little confused.I am torn between the Saunders Comprehensive Review, and the Saunders 4 weeks online course.I am also confused about whether or not I need to read the whole book front to back.I had started studying back in 09,however I begun to find it hard to concentrate.I kept trying and trying, but it was not happening.I started feeling unwell so I went to the doctor and found out that I was pregnant.I was diagnosed with anemia (hemaglobin was 7).Since that time I have not been able to focus (still struggling with anemia) ,but I am fighting until I can no longer fight.

Thank you in advance for your comments.

Chavelle.

I understand about the anemia thing. I would give yourself a longer time to prepare before scheduling your appointment while building up your health and adjusting to your mother duties. It won't hurt to put the test off until you are better prepared, both physically and mentally. And congrats on that new addition to the family!

Thank you very much!! You are so right, however, I will have to test before April 4th.My one year window will run out on April 4th.If I don't test before that date i will have to apply for eligibility all over again.

Thanks again.

Chavelle.
